The KE72-T is currently the top of the line with 72 discrete input (no ghosting) and a Trackaball/Spinner interface built in. : : : : Personally I like seperate control panels. I have one that has 2 Joysticks, and 5 buttons/player. This covers a lot of games. However, games like Tempest/Arkanoid/Warlords/and driving games need a spinner. A second control panel handles that.
