I have the same problem with both Tron games. They used to work then they stopped and give me the stupid "out of frequency" message. My conclusion is that it is MAME, not the hardware. I have an ACERVIEW 77c monitor and a Video-7 4OAGP-3D card.

TRY AN OLDER VERSION OF MAME.
