Composite to RGB Converter !!

Hi , anyone know how to convert Composite video signal to RGB video signal ???? a commercial converter or a plan to build one.
it's for playing Dragon's lair and space ace with my Cdi player on my arcade monitor !
Cdi player have only composite video out and arcade monitor Hantarex MTC 9000 25" have only RGB video in.
Anyone can help me to make this possible ?
