You should just buy an ATI video card that has tv-out...probably half the price of that convertor and probably works better.
I plan on making a new cabinet (really just a control panel on top of a pedestal containing a PC) that does exactly what you want to do.

: Since, I have a nice big 27" tv with component input, I was wondering if I could buy a converter in order to connect it to my pc running arcadeos. These things are really for people with 480p capable tv sets that want to use a hdtv tuner that only accepts rgb input not component.
: Does any body know, or can anyone speculate, what would happen if I fed the convertor 15khz rgbhv from my pc and connected it to my tv?
