Pixel3D can convert 2d bitmaps to 3d objects, a good free to use 3 program is Blender, you can find blender at www.blender.nl Do a websearch for pixel 3D.
There are some arcade related 3d objects floating around on the net, i know for sure there's an object of a streetfighter 2 cabinet.
