Well, guess the new XGA monitors from WG aren't all that (and a question about the U3100)

I thought the new monitors with the better dot pitch would be my salvation (cheaper and better) --- missed the fine print of "smaller too!"

Oh well, back to the good ol' U3100 for me I guess. My question is, does the U3100 work well for Windows in a 640x480 resolution? I'm gonna try and do 640x480x16bit color... Will this work well and what video card should I choose?

I would like to go with the Voodoo 3 so that I can do arcade games AND PC games but since arcade games are the focus, I am willing to sacrifice if there is truly a better video card choice.
