I play both with a joystick for now, although I'm making a panel for use with games such as asteroids and Space Invaders.
It works good, it is definately playable.
: anybody out there played Blasteroids, or even Asteroids or Space Duel, with MAME and joysticks versus buttons(asteroids) or spinners (blasteroids) for rotation of your ship? how well does the right/left work for you?
