One side of the microswitches on any of the four directions on the joystick are the standard NO type (where one of the 2 pins on any direction has NO written next to it)
Should be no problem now.
Finally, one question just sprang to mind - how do we earth the whole thing when we are done? The keyboard had a metal sheet underneath all the flimsies which the keyboard controller earthed itself to with a cable from its circuitboard. Should I just attach this cable to the metal cabinet from the inside?
Are there any other things that need to be earthed?
