I went to my first arcade auction yesterday and it was pretty cool. Not a lot of 'classics' there like Pacman but definately cool to see so many games (in free play!) in one place.

I bought a Jamma cabinet game (Two Crude) for $25 Canadian! It's in a Make Trax cabinet conversion that has a fair amount of problems - water damage at the bottom and chips and chunks missing. It looks good from a distance! The 19" monitor works but is a little messed up (patches of yellow on one side). I don't know enough about arcade monitors to determine if it can be fixed with a cap kit or if it's shot. I'll post a pic when I can and perhaps someone here can help me make that call.

I'm just trying to decide:
1. if I'm going to keep it as is and try to repair/replace the damage - space is an issue though,
2. part it out and toss the shell (unless someone wants it)

My options for parting it out include adding Jamma to my current PC based MAME cabinet or selling the boardset and just use the 19" monitor (after fixing it) in my MAME cab and the other parts go into my parts box until needed.

The Jamma game itself is pretty decent actually for a fighting game but I can't see me playing it long term.

What would you do? Either way, it's a cheap item to play around with.
