Which of these TV's should I get?

I am going to Best Buy (we don't have our own here where I live)this weekend, and I need to know what everyone thinks of the 2 options I am looking at:

1) RCA 25" F25645 (Same as LuSiD's) $280 - 675 lines of Horizontal Resolution - Dark Tube - basic comb filter - S-Video - other non-vital features

2) Phillips Magnavox 27" TP2784C on sale for $299 - 800 lines of H. Resolution - Dark Tube - 3D Y/C Digital comb filter - S-Video - Picture in Picture (no use for a cabinet) - voted a "best buy" by consumer reports a few months ago

I am leaning towards #2, as it seems pretty nice, but am I starting to get into a "larger screen, larger pixilation" scenerio?
