Unless I am mistaken. You have the monitor, Bezel, and then the Bezel Glass.
NeoGeo units used a piece of colored cardboard. I don't think it's used to prevent the monitor from touching the glass, it's more an aesthetic thing, so you don't see the rim of the screen and mounting hardware.
And then again, you may be talking about something entitrely different, although I don't think so.
Go to Happ controls, and look under Bezels. Is that what you mean?
