Thanks for the kind words about my panel! :) Now to answer your question...the disk was 1/16" thick. That thickness works perfectly for the t-molding. Good Luck! and..

: Just went to home depot, before I saw your solution. I saw a drill disk for cutting concrete but it was 1/16 (.0625) inch thick and didn't know if that was too thick. I picked up .025 and .040 cutting disks for a dremel tool. Don't have a dremel but the disks also came with the pole they attach to. I was planning on creating a jig and giving that a try with my cordless drill. But your drill cutting disk looks more sturdy so I may head back and see what they have.
