I've seen (from an examples link on this web site) a guy that took a Dremel tool (or something similar... A drill would work I guess) and put a good size cutting "blade" on it that looked a little like a sanding disc that was about 2 inches in diameter. He mounted it to a board that had a slot cut in it so that the cutting blade would have a place to go, and so that the tool could lay down flat. He then mounted a small piece of wood the right distance from the blade so that it would form a guide to cut the slot for the t-molding perfectly straight...

I will see if I can find the link, and post it, as a picture explains a lot more as to how to do this...

: I have 5/8s Molding but no router. The guy I was going to borrow one from is out of town for 2 weeks and I don't want to wait. Have a 3 day weekend with nothing else to do.
