A couple question about ArcadeOS

I was wondering how to tell ArcadeOS I want the games to come up rotated to the right but I want both horizontal and vertical games to be shown on the list. I want to have the vertical games and the vector games as well (yes even though most are horizontal). Also is there a simple to use utility out there to use to make your own custom lists for ArcadeOS?
