If you're using a VGA2TV circuit than it will damage your TV when you exit to Windows, unless you have VGA2TV Windows or SIS6326 interlace drivers, then you might be OK.

If you're not using VGA2RGB then the following applies:

You shouldn't running a TV via your cards TV out with arcade monitor drivers, the arcade monitor driver halfs the horizontal frequency, so you end up sending the wrong signals to the TV, and may cause damage to the TV...

Unless you have a dual head card like the G400max, in which case you *might* get by with this.
