TV question.

OK. People here have convinced me that if I go with a TV, that I reaaly should use S-Video to connect. My next question is about resolution.

I can get a nice Samsung 25" TV with a horizontal resolution of 600 lines for $250.
I can get a nice RCA 25" TV with a h. resolution of 675 lines for $280.
I can get a nice Phillips/Mag 27" TV with a h. resolution of 800 lines for $300.

All of these get good comments from Consumer reports for regular TV, but how about gaming? Will the additional lines of resolution be that important? Will the jump to 800 lines be cancelled out by going with the larger screen size?

The RCA is the same that LuSiD uses for his cabinet.
