Interesting how a bunch of all went down the same path this week.

This weekend I went out and rented a TV with S-Video inputs for testing the output of the ATI Rage Fury Pro. I did exactly what Keith O did with exactly the same results, so no need to rehash what he said. My reason for testing was that I already have a 25" TV with composite inputs that I could use for my cabinet, but was willing to purchase a TV with S-Video if it was significantly better. My conclusion is that if you are going to buy a TV, get the S-Video. If you have a TV without the S-Video already, use it.

Although the composite and S-Video outputs are decent, you are going to get a fuzzy image with either one.
