I had it working without doing anything special, but I think once I installed the Windows ATI drivers it quit working. I didn't do any more work on it after I saw how the ATI didn't play 3D games too well (fairly fast, but missing textures, etc). It COULD have just been a problem of having my windows color depth set higher than 8-bits.
Now that I have a SiS6326, I may put windows on my cabinet computer again and test both card's Windows-on-an-arcade-monitor skills.
