First look in your yellow pages under "Amusements". Hopefully there will be several listing - Call them.
Tell them you want an old cabinet. I had the option of keeping the arcade monitor in it, or not - the price was $25 w/out the monitor, $100 with.
The power supply, glass, marquee, etc may all be of some value to them. So, you can get your price down to almost nothing if you don't mind them stripping the cabinet.
