Has anyone figured out a program yet that will let you run windows on an arcade monitor without having to use the Sis card? More....

I already tried VGA2TV. I tried the Dos version and the windows version and neither seems to work on my ATI card. What I don't understand is this: If Arcadeos has the ability to change frequencies in dos, can't there be a program that could do the same in windows? I really want to run windows on my cab with the setup I have so if anyone knows a solution let me know.
