: If you don't mind a little hacking, Dreamcast can work on an arcade monitor, probably the best quality in that size. For the WG K7000 (available via Happs) it's only $405 new for a 25", $325 refurbished. 27" refurbished is $370. you can't even buy a 21" PC monitor for those prices...
