Ack, cheap buttons... those look almost like PowerRamp buttons...

: Well, I took delivery of my Capcom Impress yesterday. It didn't come with a game but I bought a Blockout JAMMA PCB off eBay for testing purposes. Plugged it in and everything works!

: The unit is not in mint conditon but it is acceptable to me at least. The cabinet and I are still getting acquainted so it will be a little while before I convert it to a full blown MAME machine.

: I'll eventually make a website to chart my progress but for now I uploaded some pictures to my server space so feel free to look at 'em and give me comments/suggestions or any sort of feedback. I may not know the answer, but questions are welcomed.

: Thanks and if anyone is intersted in buying one of these contact me and I'll tell you about my experience with the seller, "arcadestuff" on eBay. Supposedly, he has many of these units and he must be fairly trustworthy because my unit works and I didn't actually buy from him on eBay.

: My biggest complaint so far is that the marquee holder is bent. That may have occured during shipping. BTW, none of the pictures show the marquee, just the holder that it bolts into. It's just a double piece of plexiglass that holds a carboard marquee. I doubt I'll use it but he did enclose it as well as the panel keys and the owner's manual...to bad I can't read Japanese. Anyone willing to translate? :-)
