A monitor for a Dreamcast

I would like to build my own arcade cabinet for my Dreamcast. The doubt I have is that I don't know what's the best solution for the screen. I would like a screen as big as a 28' tv but with the quality of a VGA monitor. I've heard there are industrial VGA monitors that are cheaper than normal PC monitors. Can you give me more info about this? Thanyou.
