hey guys - i picked up the cab i think i am going to use for my MAME project. It's a generic Taito mini with Birdie King 2 in it. I don't even care if the game works, it was 50 bucks, and has a vertical monitor. Since it's a generic cab, i'm not going to be destroying any classic sideart either =0). plus it's got neato t-molding that is only about 1/2" wide and has two neon orange stripes along the center!

So, let's assume that all I want to do is gut the cabinet leaving the monitor, and i want to sand and paint it - somebody give me layman's guidance for what to take out and what to leave in for the monitor to work, and what the best approach in general would be.

Thanks!!!
dave
