Suggestions in a vid card w/ a good TV out???

I was really cosidering the Rage Fury and hooking it to a 27" TV w/S-video. Now I guess it's back to the drawing board!!! The Rage Fury does seem pretty economical, but I don't know. I guess I'll take a look at some priciercards. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
