I would advise the same. I had to write the Better Business Bureau in order to get them to honor a 3-year warranty on a monitor. In the end, they still did not honor the warranty. They refunded the purchase price instead. Before I wrote the BBB, Egghead refused to even acknowledge it had a warranty at all.
