There are games that let you use the x for one player and the y for the other player. The x axis one is used for the single player games like tempest, pole position, arkanoid, etc.. and any other one player spinner games. The other (y axis) spinner is used for two or more player driving games like spy hunter II, Super Off Road Rally, Destruction Derby and any other ones that are two or more player. I use optimame, or emu+ to do this since they let me configure the players to be able to use the dual spinners. You don't really need two spinners, since there really aren't that many games that use them, but I figured, why not? :) It is fun to use when I do play the two player driving games though. Hope this answered your question. :)

Game On!! Brian

: Are there games that let you use both, one for one player and one for the other? Or is the X for tempest games and and the Y for (other) games? If so what are some of the (other) games. Thanks for your help. I have finished my initial design which did not include a second spinnter and want to know if i should add one.
