PC Monitors and Original Bezels

Hello, I was fortunate to pick up a cab with the glass and monitor bezel intact. From the best I can discern, this cab was originally a Time Pilot '84.

I want to know what size of PC monitor I could use with this bezel. Would a 19" be a little too small? A 21" too big? And is this bezel a standard size? I measured it and it appears to be about 19".....
