Actually, it wasn't too hard. I managed to capture the curved marquee and all. I've even test fit an original curved Robocop marquee and it works great. The only difference between mine and the original is that mine is 4" deeper, doesn't have melamine on panels, and it's 1/4" wider on the inside to make up for the fact that I used 3/4" wood insted of the stock 7/8".
