I've seen the spinner offered by Happ, but can't determine how it would interface to a PC.
Judging by the diagrams and descriptions, this appears to be a mechanical assembly only. What kind of cabling and other hardware would be required?
Assuming this is optical in nature, the trackball interface may work, but I can't see a way to connect the two. (Compare the trackball assembly.)
