Only professional solutions work for playing DirectX games on an Arcade Monitor..

These are either made by Videologic (never been able to get one of these and don't know of any arcade machine/game using one) or the Quantum3D Banshee Aadvark (not made anymore) which I own and is suitable for Medium Resolution monitors only (remember most of these games are 512x384 to 800x600 and 15khz monitor can only support a line height of 256, so 640x480 would need to be interlaced which causes flicker and only allows a max frame rate of 30fps).

WinVGATV TSR for Windows does work on certian videocards, but all videocards it supports are way to slow to run Direct3d games at a respectiable speed.

Software solution could be *developed* by a skilled Win32 programmer, a DOS version of TSR are fairly simple to design.

But if you want Arcade monitor support for Windows then the only solution is VGA/SVGA/XGA monitors.
