I think it would work, you only need the following pins though.

: 3 BLUE Blue Video -> Blue
: 4 HSYNC Horizontal Sync } Twist together
: 5 VSYNC Vertical Sync } to make Sync
: 9 SGND Sync Ground -> Ground

You should find the 5 pins on the Jamma finger board/connector that matches these and volia, you should be off.
