This is just an approximation, but as the diagonal size is 19" this gives:
a^2 + b^2 = 19^2, and because most monitor dimensions are 3:4, this gives:
(3x)^2 + (4x)^2 = 19^2
giving a size of 11,4 by 15,2" (just the glass), leaving you with a 2" workspace for
both sides.
I don't know what the metal flanges-sizes are, but maybe this could be helpfull
