G400 interlace util allows 640x480 interlace output onto an Arcade Monitor, there is also a util for Sis6326 aswell, but they are not TSR (Terminate and Stay resident, so soon as Windows or any Application reset the mode you'll lose the picture).
If I was a Windows Programmer I *might* be able to give native montior support to various cards under Windows, but I am not, and the only program with Source code is WinTV-VGA and the code is in Delphi.
