Hi - thanks for the feedback. I marrowed it all down to this number of controls and buttons because it's going to be a vertical cabinet and most vertical games, i've found, have alternating controls for 2player games, and a maximum of three buttons along with the joystick.
here's my list of want-to-emulate, maybe you guys can cast configuration votes based on this!
