If you do not have a domain name yet try www.doteasy.com. For $30 you get a registered .com domain name (2 years fees included) and a 20meg web site. The site is also ad-free, you can't beat this. If you already have a domain you can transfer it to them for $35, better to buy a new one or a .net
I have a site on both Freeserver.com and this one, they both work well.
