I would hate to see that happen. I have only posted a few things here, but have gotten very informative responses. If I wouldn't have been able to post messages because I was a newbie to the board, then I would still be looking for a place to get the answers to my questions. Please keep things open, or if you have to go to a password system, make it easy to get validated. By that I mean that the way things are right now, anyone could post a message as me just by gathering my nickname and email address (which is in any post made by any person here). I would post messages as anyone that I wanted to as well. If there was a password associated with each person, have it so that a new person, seaking the wisdom of people here, could be validated by simply providing a valid email address. That way, people can't post as other people, and you are still keeping things inviting for newbies...

: Obviously, you can't police the board 24 7, so the only solution that I can think of would be to have access restricted from newbies via a password. I would hate to have it come to this, because there always lots of great newbies that want to get into the BYOAC scene. I think we should just continue on like normal and hope it doesn't continue. If it does, well, that's another story.
