Mine is actually mounted on two slip hinges. I have a metal control panel (it has a fair amount of weight to it) and all I have to do is swing the panel open, disconnect the SCSI cable from the encoder, and slip the panel off of the hinges. I was going to use thumbscrews at the top to hold it down, but the weight does the job for me. I use my cabinet to play PC games too, so I made a “blank” panel that I put on from time to time. Takes about thirty seconds to switch them.

: I have 2 joysticks and 14 buttons on my control panel. How do I make this cp removable? I think I am going to build a second cp to swap with this one. I heard about molex connectors but how does this work? Is it just a matter of basically cutting the wires I have in half and hooking the buttons/controllers ends to one molex connector (male) and connecting the other wires to the corresponding places on a female end?
