Aside from the size (and a hundred or so dollars), there is no difference. I went with 25" (size does matter).

Most likely, the 25" monitor will be mounted horizontally. If the majority of the games you enjoy are vertical, you might want to buy the 19". Since I like several horizontal and vertical games, the horizontal 25" setup will still let me view vertical games without them appearing to small or squished.

Lastly, I recommend sticking with standard resolution. Their are other resolutions out there, but I'm not sure about compatibility and image quality between different games. Virtually all classic games are "standard". Its the newer, current games are starting to use the increased resolution.

Hope that helps.

: Is there any difference between a 19" standard
: resolution monitor and a 25" standard resolution
: monitor?(besides the obvious 6 more inches)I see so
: many projects w/ the standard 19" size monitor. What
: I am talking aout is the technical side of it. I have an
: oppurtunity to get a 19" cabinet or 25"(monitor)
: cabinet. Both w/ the same price. Obviously I want
: the bigger monitor, but just incase I missed something
: along the way.I hope I made sense w/ my questioning.
