What is your Videocard setup?
When I had that problem in MAME once, I adjusted the
384x224_h = 108
384x224_v = 12
the _h value slighty and it worked a treat, Not sure if there is an option for ArcadeOS when setting external programs ModeX registers is another story.
Also trying changing the center_x value you can use ArcadeOS for that.. using the center screen option.
