LuSiD is in the process of moving back to L.A. (actually, the bastard should have DSL by now if all went well) so he isnt checking in here too much. Anyways, since I helped with the cab :) I can tell ya it's easier than ya think. The router basically has a blade so that you just put it on the edge of the board and run it along. It's really very easy to use once ya see it. I also couldnt think how it would work until I saw it. If someone can lend ya a router it'll take you maybe 20 minutes to do it all. Just need to be able to lay down the boards on a flat surface is all. If ya already built it though it might get a bit ftrickier. Just a little more effort is needed is all. If ya'll want any info about that cab go ahead and email me for now. I mean, mine is almost the same, justa little narrower sicne I tore my TV out of the casing.
