I must have multiple personality disorder - I keep e-mailing myself. Anyway, boy did I goof! The poor quality on my TV-Out was due to scanlines. When the scanlines were turned off, the picture improved 100%. I apologize for my ignorance. ATI is a GREAT card for anyone considering TV-Out.
