Suggestion, (not exactly sure where you cut that hole). Get the small fan, BUT, cut an additional hole, somewhere inconspicuous, another grill, another fan. A cross breeze in the cab will do wonders. Also if you haven't already, open the PC casing, and leave it uncovered.
