Is there an adapter that allows a SNES controller to be played with a Dreamcast ?

I can't find any good Dreamcast joystick for playing Street Fighter Alpha 3. However, I do have a SNES
joystick that is excellent for playing Street Fighter games. I just wonder whether there is an adapter/converter that allows a SNES controller/joystick to be used for a Dreamcast console.

If there is no such converter available commercially, and if someone out there knows how to build one, please post info here.
