Which computer for DOS MAME?

OK. I have 2 computers that I am thinking about using for DOS MAME in a MAME Cabinet, but I don't know which one is better suited for my needs.

System 1:
Pentium Pro 200Mhz
64MB RAM
STB Velocity 128 NTSC Video (TV Out)
8gig HD
Sound Blaster AWE 64

System 2:
Pentium II 233Mhz
64MB RAM
STB Velocity 128 NTSC Video (TV Out)
6gig HD
Sound Blaster AWE 64

I will be running pure DOS, and don't care about NEO GEO emulators, or others, just MAME. Will the Pentium Pro 200 do the trick for the most part, or should I through in the Pentium II? I wanted to keep the Pentium II for computer gaming if possible since it is networked with my Pentium III - 450Mhz, but will sacrafice it if need be. Please advise....
