VsyncMAME is like normal MAME with the following enhancements.. well me can't speak japanesse unfortantley, but this is what I think it incorperates, probably a bit more too.

Support for various videocards for arcade monitor support (trust me this blows away AdvanceMAME and ATI driver).

24khz on the supported video cards.

Additional 31khz monitor support.

VESA3 support for TNT etc meaning that the refresh rate is set correctly i.e 55hz for Rtype, 53.20 for MK i.e no jerkyness on Tripple Buffer.

Vsync can support many more modes, mostly Vsync option would only work with games that had 60hz.

Different vsync method, either vga or allegro.

Sidewinder/ISA Sega/PCI Sega support.

Extended support for various soundcards. Gravis Ultrasound (GF1)??

Soundrates greater than 44khz like 48khz.

And probably a lot more.. its a great variant, and now that be my pluggin complete for now..
