As far as I'm aware it doesn't. I'd think there might be some problems with having AVIs play, though. Have you tried using the screenshots with ArcadeOS? I personally think it's nice looking, but it takes WAY too long to scroll through the menu with them. Normally you can quickly skip through the menu, but there seems to be almost .75 second lag each time you switch a game when you are using the screenshots. Just my opinion, but I'd think the lag of loading a video of the game each time you switch a game would cause some problems. Perhaps if somthing was implimented to have the background of ArcadeOS be transparent with a copy of MAME running some very simple games in the background. Granted, you'd probebly need a faster than normal machine to do this, but it could be interesting...
