I am looking at using an STB Velocity 128 NTSC with TV out to pump out to a 25" TV for MAME. I know that everyone says that ATI is the way to go, but has anyone used the STB? I remember coming across a thread somewhere about it being OK, but it was not from a very reliable source. Thanks!
