I would beg to differ on the cost part. You can get a 19" PC monitor for ~$270. Not huge, but if you rotate it, it would be as big as the classic games require. Granted the quality of these monitors is not that high, but if you are doing Photo editing or CAD from a dedicated gaming cabinet, you are a better man (or woman) than I :).
