Jeremy,

You got me VERY interested! ;-> I just finished building a control panel with trackball and spinner but am already thinking of getting a cabinet. I was going to wait a while, probably towards the end of the year to get my wife "ready" but I don't know, I may have to make a bid on one of these cabinets you mentioned.

I am not a member of eBay but am trying to register right now but the http server is timing out. I'll ask the seller some questions when I can get on eBay to get his email address but for now I hope you don't mind answering a few questions:

1) How much did it cost you for shipping and what state are you in?

2) You say your unit was in great condition and looked good enough to put in your house w/o too much complaints from your SO?

3) Is the monitor hard to rotate?

4) You say you were able to get a spinner and trackball mounted on the CP. Was it very tricky due to space requirements?

5) Does your monitor function properly? No burn-in or fuzzy image?

Thanks again you got me fired up about this project!

: I would recommend one of the newer Sega or Neo-Geo cabinets that you see in places like Block Party or Sega City. I just got a fully working 29" monitor sit down neo-geo cabinet on ebay for $325.
